Ti/Hi stands for:
Ti – The number of Cases on a Layer or ‘Tier’.
Hi – The number of Layers or how ‘high’ it is stacked on a pallet.
It refers to the number of boxes/cartons stored on a layer, or tier, (the TI) and the number of layers high that these will be stacked on the pallet (the HI). It can also be used in reference to the stacking pattern used to load a pallet in order to generate a relatively stable stack.

An example of how it is used:
If the Ti/Hi was 10 x 5, then that would mean there are 10 cases on a layer, and the layers are stacked 5 high so 50 cases to a pallet.
